Dead.net has announced another "lost" Europe '72 tape in the Vault -
The soundcheck for the 5/16/72 Luxembourg radio show, with Sugar Magnolia and Big River. Jerry sings lead on Big River.

Some of you might be surprised to hear that there are actually NO Big Rivers played on the E72 tour! So this will be quite unique.
(Old setlists listed a Big River on 5/13/72, but it doesn't appear on our tape.)

I've noticed that about no Big Rivers...I often wondered about it's early history, I love the way Jerry sings that verse on the 12/31/71 version. After that it just disappeared for a while. You'd have thunk with those 4 hour Europe shows it would have popped up.

I noticed that with another song or two, as well. Can't remember them, though. I'm thinking one of them was Black Peter, I think they only did it once in Europe.
